Whoa.  According to the news, both The Dark Knight Rises and The Avengers could have scenes shot in Detroit this summer.  Sweet!  It's only a couple of hours away; I might actually hop a bus and see if I can see anything.  I'd love to meet Robert Downey, Jr!

Halloween.  It's my favorite holiday.  I wonder what that says about me, that I favor a dark holiday over the cheerful, family-oriented (*shudders*) holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas.  But I've always loved it, despite the fact that I live in Podunk, USA, where no one over ten dresses up for Halloween, much less has parties.  I hatehatehate ( Read more... )
